You will have the option of picking our Hand cut USDA Choice Cut Filet or Fresh Halibut both are grilled to perfection and topped with a fresh jumbo lump crab in a lemon buerre blanc with asparagus and served with two sides. The filet will run for $35 and the halibut is $36. Both of these will be available at Pearls Oyster Bar and Trappers Fishcamp & Grill.
