Tired of the same ol’ mimosa? Next time you’re brunching, try our specialty Tiki drink! Chilly temps don’t stand a chance against this bright and tasty concoction. With its sweeter taste, you will feel as if you were on the beach in paradise! A word to the wise: it’s very delicious AND strong.
The Kahiki Kia has been a long time favorite at Pearl’s Oyster Bar, and will soon be available on Trappers drink menu.
Kahiki Kia Recipe
1 oz. Rumhaven Coconut Rum
1 oz. Crème de Banana
1 oz. CocoReal
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Coruba Rum
1 ea. Banana Slice
1 ea. Orange Slice
1 ea. Maraschino Cherry
Procedure:
- Measure Rumhaven Coconut rum, Crème de Banana, CocoReal and pineapple juice into a shaker tin. Add ice and shake.
- Pour contents into a pint glass and float the Coruba rum on top.
- Garnish with a banana slice, orange slice and maraschino cherry, and serve with a large straw.
