With Friday just around the corner, we thought we’d highlight a few of our top seafood dishes at Pearl’s Oyster Bar, perfect for any of you observing Lent.

Wild Hawaiian Red Chili Seared Mahi Mahi

As flavorful as it sounds, served over cilantro rice and topped with a charred green chili Beurre Blanc, avocado and pico de gallo

Catfish Tenderloins

Cornmeal crusted and served with Pearl’s famous tartar sauce (also available blackened if you prefer)

Mediterranean Salmon 

Grilled fresh Atlantic salmon, served over Israeli couscous, then topped with a warm Mediterranean blend of lemon, artichokes, olives, capers and sun dried tomatoes (imported Greek feta cheese can be added upon request)

Peppered Ponzu Ahi Tuna 

Fresh “sashimi grade” ahi tuna, pepper crusted, seared in a soy-ginger glaze and topped with wasabi aioli. Served with grilled seasonal vegetables

Redfish Pontchartrain 

Blackened redfish served over SPICY crawfish ettouffee (one of our most popular dishes!)
