Pearls Restaurant Group attended the 22nd Annual Hirst Hospitality Awards last night and it was a night to remember! They attend this event every year to help celebrate our industry as a whole but also honor our employees as well. They take two employees of the year from each store and treat them to a grand night out. So without further ado our employees of the year:

Pearls Crabtown: Don Joe and Cherokee Mackey
Trappers Fishcamp & Grill: Bailey Barton and Cutberto Diaz
