- You will be healthier. Variety is the spice of life. Choose a variety of different foods with different colors and from different food groups for a well-balanced, nutrient-dense diet. In fact, one study suggests, adventurous eaters might even weigh less. Study
- Be a good example for your friends and family. So you don’t want to try new foods for yourself, but you do want to be a good example to those around you, especially your kids. Your kids will be less picky eaters if you try new foods together.
- A new favorite food. You can’t be sure your favorite food is really your favorite if you never try something new. Have you tried oysters? At Pearl’s, we are known for our fresh, delicious oysters!
